Anna Sweeting is the Founder of The Equity Studio. A seasoned entrepreneur and investor, she has spent over 15 years shaping the consumer landscape through her pioneering investment approach, consistently identifying breakout brands early.
Her global portfolio has built billions of dollars in enterprise value across wellness, beauty and lifestyle, including category-defining brands such as TRIP, Gisou, Vestiaire Collective, 111Skin, Axel Arigato, Little Spoon and DeMellier.
Anna is one of a handful of female investors globally — and the first in London — to have founded and led her own specialist investment funds, in response to a gap she experienced as an operator: the need for capital paired with relevant domain expertise to support scale-up.
Earlier in her career she was CEO of British luxury brand LINLEY, leading it through a successful sale. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has held over 15 board seats, and began her career in financial markets in C-suite roles.
