Rosie is the Founder and Creative Director of the award-winning Rose Inc, the pre-eminent clean colour and skin care brand with clinically-proven efficacy, which launched in 2021, building on the content platform of the same name, that she created in 2018. 

A highly influential icon, Rosie uses her platform to empower business growth for challenger brands. Astute at recognizing brands that are resonating with the new consumer, Rosie forges creative and strategic partnerships ahead of the curve. Recent examples include Waterdrop, Anine Bing, GiaBorghini, HunzaG to name just a few.

Barbara is a highly experienced leader and operator at the intersection of investment and technology. She is comfortable with both the dynamic challenges of a new venture and the strategic requirements of public companies.

Currently CEO and Founding Partner of Marcho Partners, a London-based technology investment firm that launched in 2019,  focused on publicly-listed global innovative growth companies based outside the traditional tech centres of the US and China. Marcho’s strategy is to identify, support and invest behind a concentrated group of the world's most ambitious entrepreneurs building the companies of the future from all parts of the world.

It was here that Barbara developed the firm’s Entrepreneurs in Residence programme, committed to raising the next-generation of tech founders. EIRs have included Ludo, a next-generation plug-n-play loyalty software firm, Sourcerie, a decision-making platform for brands, powered by community data, and Suri, who are redefining the rituals we live by with aesthetic, ethical, and convenient products that make taking care of yourself enjoyable.

Prior to Marcho, Barbara spent 13 years at Morgan Stanley, most recently as Head of the EMEA Capital Introductions business. 

Barbara sits on the advisory board of People's Capital, a mission driven craft beer business and she holds a BSc from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

Meribeth has decades of operating, advisory, and board experience at the intersection of media, beauty and fashion. Currently SVP, Platforms and Partnerships, at News UK, the media business behind The Times & The Sunday Times, The Sun, talkSPORT, Virgin Radio UK and TalkTV. News UK brands reach about 40 million consumers every month. In her role, she leads teams managing relationships with platform partners including Meta, Google and Apple, as well as strategic commercial partnerships, business innovation, licensing, events and trading.

Prior to joining News UK, Meribeth ran a leading media and luxury consultancy as well as holding Non-Executive Director roles at Jimmy Choo and Belstaff.

She spent a number of years as Group Publishing Director at Hearst UK, the leading magazine media business.  She was responsible for the cross-platform publishing and commercial strategy of the company's luxury portfolio of brands including: Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, ELLE Decoration and Town & Country. 

Meribeth is also currently Chair of the British Beauty Council,  a Non-Executive Director of BALLY and continues to shape the luxury landscape as an investor in multiple growth businesses.

Jordan has over two decades of experience building some of the world's most coveted talent and brands. Having honed her skills working for blue-chip corporate giants, Jordan pivoted seamlessly into the entertainment, lifestyle and fashion realm, using her talent for ideation and strategic execution alongside global profile building and Co-Founding new generation marketing agency Good Culture Inc. 

An expert negotiator in talent procurement and partnerships, Jordan has cast campaigns and brokered partnerships for brands including Net a Porter, Christian Louboutin beauty, L’Oreal Paris, and Belstaff.

Jordan has led communication and cultural strategies for brands including SKIMS, Good American, Pattern Beauty, Disney, Creed, Barbour and Flannels. She is adept in road mapping long term strategy, brand extensions, partnerships and IP development for her clients.

Jordan is a notable voice within the industry addressing topical subject matters and using her platform to write for publications including the Telegraph and Grazia, covering topics from diversity and equality to motherhood and careers.

Mireia is the founder and CEO of award-winning luxury handbag brand DeMellier. DeMellier was founded in 2017 with the vision of doing things differently: to design handbags that would make women feel empowered, made ethically and sustainably, while giving back to those who needed most. Hand-crafted in Spain using the finest sustainably sourced materials, and funding greater than 650,000 vaccines through its ‘a bag a life’ initiative, DeMellier is renowned as a leader in its category today, celebrated by pre-eminent media, influencers and retailers alike.  

Mireia initially developed her business skills and passion for retail working as a management consultant for Bain, and advised numerous consumer and luxury goods firms such as Burberry and LVMH. 

Mireia was born in Barcelona and after having lived in a number of different cities she settled in London, which she now calls home. She graduated in Business and Economics from ESADE in Barcelona and University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mireia is also a mother of 3 and passionate about children, education and championing women.

Lisa is currently CEO at DREST a gaming platform merging the creative worlds of luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle with gaming, media and e-commerce.

Lisa brings compelling strategic, operational and leadership experience with three decades of performance in tech, luxury retail and creative content businesses, both start-up and scaled. Previously Global Director of Sales & Marketing at NET-A-PORTER, Lisa also held senior operational and marketing leadership roles at iconic global brands Ralph Lauren, EMI Music / Capitol Records and Accenture, beginning her career at The Walt Disney Company.

An Economics & Law major from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa (B Commerce, LLB), Bridgett holds an MSc from London School of Economics in Political Science as well as an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

A natural linguist - Bridgett speaks English, French, Dutch and Italian. Born and raised in South Africa and the Middle East, she has lived and worked extensively around the globe - currently residing in Milan, Italy with her husband and three sons.

Christoph is a visionary leader with a track record of success in beauty and consumer businesses. Today as Managing Director at Weltbild D2C Group, Chairman of beauty brand CAIA Cosmetics and Board Member of Berlin’s social media brand builder #You as well as Europe’s largest online children’s retailer babymarkt.de, Christoph continues to be a driving force converging consumer and strategy on a global scale.

Starting his career at The Boston Consulting Group in the consumer goods and financial services groups, Christoph then transitioned into operating leadership. Executive roles at Tchibo one of Germany's largest retail chains, provided him with invaluable experience in retail operations and management. It was from there he began making his mark on the beauty industry as Executive President at Douglas where he shaped the global buying and assortment strategies of the company, solidifying Douglas's position as a leader in the beauty retail sector.

Continuing to craft global success stories that redefine the beauty industry for years to come, in 2019 Christoph embarked on a new venture as CEO of Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner in the US, before going on to run online beauty retailer Flaconi as Chief Executive.

Christoph, a German native, holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Passau and has continued his Executive education at Harvard Business School with a keen passion for leading with impact.

Ben is an entrepreneur, operator and angel investor with extensive experience at the intersection of brands, food, supply chain and technology. Over the past decade, Ben has honed a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to launch, capitalize, scale and operate a modern consumer brand.

Currently, Ben is CEO and Co-Founder of Little Spoon, the #1 online baby and kids food brand and one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the US. The company, which is currently feeding upwards of 2.5% of American babies, is on a mission to make parents’ lives easier and kids healthier. 

A serial entrepreneur, Ben’s prior experience includes starting and operating several businesses, including a CPG yogurt brand and a national food and beverage distribution company with a nimble, just-in-time perishable supply chain. Along the way, Ben spotted trends and helped cultivate new categories such as cold pressed juice and cold brew coffee – helping pioneer them from obscure, emerging concepts to everyday staples.

An active angel investor and startup advisor, Ben has invested in more than 30 disruptive, high-growth companies across a variety of sectors. 

A big believer in the importance of company culture, Ben is perhaps most proud of his track record leading teams with top-tier retention and satisfaction. Ben grew up in Pittsburgh and currently lives in New York City and Miami.

Luca is a seasoned leader with a diverse background in financial markets advisory, investment strategy and business development. He has spent his career identifying, driving and investing in growth strategies within capital markets, both public and private.

Luca spent more than a decade in investment banking, most recently at JP Morgan, leading the High Growth Equities Sales desk, where he distributed global equities to institutional clients and was an innovator in product distribution. Prior to this, he held multiple roles at JP Morgan and UBS spanning Sales, Strategy, Business management and Client Relations.

Luca is an accomplished investor, managing multiple investment strategies from fixed income to digital assets. His specialism has included investing in micro-cap public companies and in projects leveraging blockchain to enable deep tech. Luca has made more than 30 direct investments in startups, working always with the founders to actively support these ventures, from capital raising to business strategy.

Luca holds a BSc in Business Management from London Metropolitan Business School and an Msc in International Business Practice from St Mary's University.

Alistair is also Chairman of THG ingenuity, the complete commerce business of the UK listed online retailer, which powers brands across wellness, beauty and lifestyle. At both businesses Alistair continues to pre-empt and execute on seismic shifts in consumer behaviour to create value.

Before Bloom, Alistair was Founder & CEO of Hero™, a virtual shopping platform that accelerates omnichannel sales for the world's leading retailers which was bought by Klarna in 2021. Prior to that he launched m-commerce specialist Grapple as Co-Founder & CEO which was acquired by Monitise PLC. 

Alistair has lived and worked extensively across the US, Middle East and Asia. He regularly features in mainstream media and is also an accomplished public speaker.

Walther brings deep experience as a founder and investor. Walther Co-Founded Alena, a mental health company harnessing the power of computational neuroscience to help drive more personalised treatment of anxiety. He is also an early backer and current Board Member of the worlds leading web3 accelerator, Outlier Ventures, which has a portfolio of over 250 companies that have gone on to raise over $350m.

Walther’s passion in supporting entrepreneurs has led to over 50 direct investments in sectors ranging from health care to automated drones - always with a focus on backing game changing and often unconventional founders.

Earlier in his career, Walther gained valuable experience in corporate strategy, finance and operations at McKinsey and J.P. Morgan.

Walther holds an MBA from IESE and a Bachelor's degree from Georgia Tech.
