Currently CEO and Founding Partner of Marcho Partners, a London-based technology investment firm that launched in 2019, focused on publicly-listed global innovative growth companies based outside the traditional tech centres of the US and China. Marcho’s strategy is to identify, support and invest behind a concentrated group of the world's most ambitious entrepreneurs building the companies of the future from all parts of the world.
It was here that Barbara developed the firm’s Entrepreneurs in Residence programme, committed to raising the next-generation of tech founders. Currently SVP, Platforms and Partnerships, at News UK, the media business behind The Times & The Sunday Times, The Sun, talkSPORT, Virgin Radio UK and TalkTV. News UK brands reach about 40 million consumers every month. In her role, she leads teams managing relationships with platform partners including Meta, Google and Apple, as well as strategic commercial partnerships, business innovation, licensing, events and trading.
Prior to joining News UK, Meribeth ran a leading media and luxury consultancy as well as holding Non-Executive Director roles at Jimmy Choo and Belstaff.
She spent a number of years as Group Publishing Director at Hearst UK, the leading magazine media business. She was responsible for the cross-platform publishing and commercial strategy of the company's luxury portfolio of brands including: Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, ELLE Decoration and Town & Country.
Meribeth is also currently Chair of the British Beauty Council, a Non-Executive Director of BALLY and continues to shape the luxury landscape as an investor in multiple growth businesses.

Mireia was born in Barcelona and after having lived in a number of different cities she settled in London, which she now calls home. She graduated in Business and Economics from ESADE in Barcelona and University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Today as Managing Director at Weltbild D2C Group, Chairman of beauty brand CAIA Cosmetics and Board Member of Berlin’s social media brand builder #You as well as Europe’s largest online children’s retailer babymarkt.de, Christoph continues to be a driving force converging consumer and strategy on a global scale.
Starting his career at The Boston Consulting Group in the consumer goods and financial services groups, Christoph then transitioned into operating leadership. Executive roles at Tchibo one of Germany's largest retail chains, provided him with invaluable experience in retail operations and management. It was from there he began making his mark on the beauty industry as Executive President at Douglas where he shaped the global buying and assortment strategies of the company, solidifying Douglas's position as a leader in the beauty retail sector.
Continuing to craft global success stories that redefine the beauty industry for years to come, in 2019 Christoph embarked on a new venture as CEO of Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner in the US, before going on to run online beauty retailer Flaconi as Chief Executive.
Christoph, a German native, holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Passau and has continued his Executive education at Harvard Business School with a keen passion for leading with impact.

Luca is a seasoned leader with a diverse background in financial markets advisory, investment strategy and business development. He has spent his career identifying, driving and investing in growth strategies within capital markets, both public and private.
Luca spent more than a decade in investment banking, most recently at JP Morgan, leading the High Growth Equities Sales desk, where he distributed global equities to institutional clients and was an innovator in product distribution. Prior to this, he held multiple roles at JP Morgan and UBS spanning Sales, Strategy, Business management and Client Relations.
Luca is an accomplished investor, managing multiple investment strategies from fixed income to digital assets. His specialism has included investing in micro-cap public companies and in projects leveraging blockchain to enable deep tech. Luca has made more than 30 direct investments in startups, working always with the founders to actively support these ventures, from capital raising to business strategy.
